Welcome Party + Wedding Olympics

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees to your most agility allowing athletic gear.
Come join us for some drinks, live music, BBQ and friendly competition at the Estate! For all our competitive friends who want to start training now.. we haven't decided on all the events, but we know there will be a fruit roll up eating contest, flip cup, and a three legged race. Unfortunately we cannot have any additional cars at Bella Vista, so we will be providing a shuttle service to the welcome party. Shuttles will pickup outside The Steamboat Grand at 3:45 pm, 4:15 pm and 5 pm Shuttles will depart Bella Vista back to The Steamboat Grand at 7:30pm and 8:15pm

Wedding Day

Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses.
The ceremony will take place on the grass so please take that into consideration with your shoe choice, ladies :) The reception will take place in an outdoor tent. Colorado weather can be unpredictable so dress accordingly. We suggest bringing an extra layer just in case. Please be outside The Steamboat Grand at 3:45pm to get on the shuttle to Bella Vista. Shuttles will depart from Bella Vista back to The Steamboat Grand at 10:00pm, 11:15 pm, and 1:00 am.
