There will be a selection of light bites, desserts, and drinks, so we recommend enjoying dinner beforehand. We are so excited to kick off the wedding weekend together and raise a glass with you! Early June evenings can be cool, so consider wearing light sweaters or wraps over dresses, jumpsuits, or skirts, paired with wedges, block heels, or dressy flats suitable for a farm setting. Men may plan on slacks or chinos with a button-down shirt and a blazer (ties not required), along with loafers or dress shoes. We encourage layering so you’ll be comfortable as the temperature shifts from day to night.

Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM on the Laudholm Lawn. Our wedding will be formal attire. Early June in Maine can bring cooler evenings, so we kindly ask men to wear suits or sport jackets with ties, and women to wear dresses with a layer (such as a wrap or shawl) for comfort as the temperature shifts. The ceremony and dinner will be on grass, so we recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy flats.
Cocktail Hour, Dinner and Dancing
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Following the ceremony, we’ll gather on the Laudholm Lawn for cocktails, passed hors d’oeuvres, and oysters on the halfshell, before sitting down to a family-style dinner under the sailcloth tent. The celebration will continue in the barn with dancing and dessert. Come hungry, thirsty, and ready to dance!
Informal "After Party"

We invite everyone to make their way to Drakes Island Beach for a very casual "after party". Feel free to change into comfy clothes or come straight from the reception via trolley. There will be some drinks provided at various houses along the beach, and we look forward to simply enjoying the setting and walking the beach as we wind down the night.
