Are children allowed at the ceremony or reception?

Unfortunately our venue has a policy that does not allow us to have children at our ceremony or reception.

Question

Is there a shuttle between the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be an optional shuttle from the Huntley Hampton Inn starting at 3:30pm. The driver will make his first run then, and come back to pick up the next crew. There is probably only time for those two trips to the event space. The shuttle back to the hotel will start at 9:15pm and he will run round trip services until the last shuttle leaves at the end of the reception around 11:00pm. If you choose to park at the venue and leave your car overnite, you MUST get it before 10am.

Is there a brunch on Sunday?

Answer

All guests staying at the Huntley Hampton Inn are invited to join us in a reserved room for the included continental breakfast. Maggie and John will be there and look forward to seeing those who can join in!
