Cocktail Hour

Appetizers and drinks will be served directly following the ceremony.

Reception

7:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Please note that there will be an optional shuttle from the Huntley Hampton Inn starting at 3:30pm. The driver will make his first run then, and come back to pick up the next crew. There is probably only time for those two trips to the event space. The shuttle back to the hotel will start at 9:15pm and he will run round trip services until the last shuttle leaves at the end of the reception around 11:00pm. If you choose to park at the venue and leave your car overnite, you MUST get it before 10am. You can also tempt fate and use Uber but do remember, this is Woodstock!
