CHS is the closest airport at about a 20 minute drive from downtown Charleston. Aside from rental car options, Uber & Lyft are available to and from the airport.

Uber/Lyft is available to use. Airport - Once you request your ride you will exit out of the baggage claim area and follow signs to the covered shelter which is across both roadways and to the right of the last sidewalk.

CHARLESTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT RENTAL CAR PAVILION

Available at the on-site pavilion: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, and National. Rental Car pickup is located in the Rental Car Pavilion at the end of the terminal past Baggage Claim. Rental Car Drop-off is located on Level 1 of the new five-tier parking deck and offers customer covered walkways to and from the terminal; state of the art security; and premium services to most rental car company customers.

This hotel is a short drive from downtown Charleston activities. It is a 15 minute drive from our wedding location. Rooms must be booked by 2/10/21 to receive the group discount.

This hotel is within walking distance or a short drive of most downtown Charleston activities. It is a 20 minute drive from our wedding location.

The Renaissance is a perfect hotel to be in walking distance of most downtown Charleston activities as it is located just off of King Street. It is a 20 minute drive from our wedding location.

House Or Rental

Airbnb & VRBO

If you do not want to stay in a hotel, a rental house is a great alternative! Airbnb & VRBO are both good platforms to use for booking. There are several rentals available in downtown Charleston, Mt. Pleasant & West Ashley. Staying in downtown Charleston gives you the ability to easily walk to shops and restaurants. Staying in Mt. Pleasant or West Ashley area will roughly be a 10-20 minute ride into the downtown area. These rentals tend to book up fast so if you are interested in this option we advise to book as soon as possible.
