So many fun things to do & see at the downtown mall! If you're in town on Friday night, Fridays After Five at the big white pavilion is a super fun free event. There's live music & it's family-friendly (there are food trucks & beer tents you can pay for).
This is our favorite date night spot! Make a reservation or try your luck at finding a seat at the bar!
Inside Tavern & Grocery is a speakeasy called Lost Saint. When you walk in the door if the light directly in front of you is green, head down the steps for the best cocktails in town! This is another of our favorite date night locations. If you're looking for a Sunday brunch option, you can't go wrong with Tavern & Grocery!
If you have kids in tow, this is a fun place for the whole family. Great outdoor area! Also a great option for Sunday brunch.
Ten serves the best sushi in Charlottesville (& Ryan even says it's better than the sushi he had while living in San Francisco). It also has such a fun ambiance. Friday night reservations are usually booked 1-2 weeks in advance, so you'll want to snag one early if you're planning to dine here. It's on the pricier side, but every single bite is so worth it. Note: The restaurant is located at the top of a steep flight of stairs.
Beautiful views of Charlottesville...& some pretty tasty apple cider donuts as well!
Enjoy some history & if you're feeling up for it walk the Monticello Trail as well.
Lots of room for kids to run & excellent wine for the adults. Great choice if you're staying in Crozet!
SO.GOOD. Our favorite way to order their pizza is "light sauce, well done." You can thank us later!
This place is a great choice any time of day, but we really love their Sunday brunch menu!
We took our engagement pictures on the rooftop here, so we're partial to the view...but all of Crozet agrees with us! It's stunning. We're not super into the vegan menu (okay, to be fair, we haven't tried it) but the cocktails & the vibe make it worth a visit.
We're a house divided when it comes to where you should grab your morning coffee. Ryan would recommend Grit and I would choose Mudhouse. If you try them both, we'd love for you to weigh in and cast your vote!
