Should I wait until the invitation to RSVP?

Answer

No!! Will and Maegan have very busy schedules to plan a wedding between. If you know ahead of time that you absolutely can or cannot make it to the wedding, please feel welcomed in letting them know at your convenience.

Is there transportation to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Our recommended hotel stays are all within one mile from our venue but we will also be providing a shuttle service for the night. It will leave from the Best Western Hotel on Washington Ave, Kingston. The first shuttle will be at 4:45 PM to Senate Garage and will also have a pick up location on its route at Wall Street right outside of Hotel Kinsley's main building/restaurant for guests staying there. The shuttle will return to Senate Garage at 10:00 PM for shifts of bringing guests back to uptown or the Best Western depending on where you would like to end the evening.

Can I drive my own car/is there parking at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! If you are local or staying at a hotel further from our base in uptown Kingston, you have the option to 1) use Uber/Lyft/taxis to get dropped off at the venue or at the site of shuttle pick up 2) drive your car to the Best Western on Washington Ave, park your car in their lot, and take the shuttle to Senate Garage or 3) Drive your car directly to uptown Kingston and park in the lower lot located on the corner of Schwenk Drive and Fair street. Then simply walk up the short hill of Fair street to get to Senate Garage!

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Men should wear suits or if wanting to be more casual, dress pants/khakis with a button up with or without tie. Ladies should wear dresses. Think cocktail attire or fancy spring garden party.

Are the kids invited?

Answer

While we love your children, too, we respectfully ask to leave them at home for our big day! We are hosting an adult-only evening and hope that this gives you the chance for a fun night out to celebrate with us. Your invitation will include all the names of who is invited from your household. If you have any questions please feel free to clarify with Maegan and Will.

When should we arrive to Kingston?

Answer

Come whenever it is convenient for you! We can't wait to see you. We hope to host some fun get togethers the day prior to the wedding but no sweat if you can't make it until Saturday. Be sure to at least get there for our ceremony start at 5:00 PM!
