Please come dressed as you would to the ceremony, for it will follow immediately afterwards.
We would love for our guests to gather and mingle a bit before the ceremony! There will be some drinks available. The welcome event will be the same location as the reception. You will be walking through grass and down a hill to the ceremony site so comfortable shoes are recommended! We would like all guests to be in their seats for the ceremony by 3:15.
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
The ceremony site is directly adjacent to the Welcome Event area. There is a short walk slightly downhill. There will be a golf cart available for those who need extra assistance!
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
We would love for our guests to enjoy some drinks from the bar and hor d'oeuvres while the bride, groom and parties take photos. This will be in the same location as the Gathering Event & Reception.
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Directly following the ceremony, the reception will be held in the same location as the Welcoming Event at Lydia's Pavilion. Catering will be provided by The BBQ Exchange buffet style and there will be an open bar serving beer, wine & spirits as well as two signature cocktails. The reception will also have a wood burning fire outside!
11:00 am
This is a come and go as you please event with no pressure to attend! The bride & groom will be at the restaurant from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm to grab brunch and say farewell to all of our beloved guests. If you would like to have brunch, please make a reservation with the restaurant. There is no particular arrival time.
