In case anyone is in town extra early, we will be planning on going to The Rooftop Bar in Oceanside for some spectacular sunset views. All are welcome! And we'd suggest arriving as early as you can as it's a pretty hip and hot spot. It is located on the rooftop of the Mission Pacific Beach Resort hotel.

Casual cocktail attire is recommended but not required! Public parking is available around State Street, but it is just a 7 minute (0.3 mile) walk from the Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort.
We feel incredibly lucky to have friends and family traveling from all over to celebrate with us. While we know many of you are making significant trips (and some with kids in tow!), we want to warmly invite you to join us for relaxed welcome drinks at Jalisco Cantina in downtown Carlsbad as we begin the weekend together.
4:30 pm
Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. It may be a little chilly at night, we suggest bringing a light shawl or jacket.
Please note: This is an outdoor-only event, primarily held on grass. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Guests will be welcome on the Botanica property starting at 4:00pm. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will both take place on the Botanica grounds across mixed turf and grass. For our women... choose your heel accordingly!
5:00 pm
Cocktails and hor d'oeuvres will be served immediately following the ceremony on the Tropical Forest and Lower Lawn of the Botanica grounds.
6:00 pm
Welcome toasts will begin at approximately 6:15pm, followed by dinner and dancing!
10:30 pm
We’d love to continue the celebration with you in downtown Carlsbad, conveniently located a short five-minute walk from the Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort! Transportation will be available following the reception. Feel free to remain in your wedding attire or return to the hotel for a quick change. Even later after-partying may continue at Boar Cross'n pub & pool hall, if desired, which is just across the street.
1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
We are still working on a potential event or activity for Monday. Tentatively, for anyone still in town, we may host a gathering in front of our apartment for a BBQ with picnic tables, blankets, and beverages. All are welcome!
