FAQs

The Wedding Website of Madison Cunningham and Drew Dotson
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 1, 2027. This is our final headcount deadline, and we won’t be able to accommodate any responses received after this date for food or seating—so be sure to RSVP on time to secure your spot and your meal!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab (it will be open once formal invitations are delivered) and type the name(s) listed on your invitation.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

If you’re unable to attend, please let us know through your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to welcome those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will be listed under yours on the RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This event is for grown-ups (and teens 13+). While we love little ones, they will have to sit this one out—think of it as a date night! If you’re unsure whether your child is included, their name will be on your RSVP list.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: tuxes, gowns, suits, cocktail dresses… whatever makes you feel fabulous! Just come ready to celebrate in style.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

For all things travel and accommodations, check out the Travel tab.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony—this ensures you have plenty of time to grab a drink and be seated.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We’re keeping the ceremony phone- and camera-free (paid photographers excepted) so everyone can be fully present. After the ceremony, feel free to snap as many photos and videos as you like!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Check out the Events tab on our website for details about all the wedding weekend activities so you don’t miss a thing! The rehearsal dinner is by invitation only—if you’re on the list, you’ll receive a separate RSVP for that personal invite, which you can complete at the same time as your ceremony RSVP.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

This is a question we ask on the RSVP—please provide any dietary restrictions there so we can inform the caterer and make sure your meal is just right!

Question

Can I bring my own adult beverages? What type of payment does the bar take?

Answer

We'll be providing alcoholic beverages for all guests (of age), served by a professional bartending team. Due to venue policy—and the fact that we’ve got your thirst covered—there’s no need to bring your own alcohol.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the venue, however you will not be able to leave your car overnight.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

You’re welcome to stay in any hotel listed on the travel tab or others nearby, but we will not have transportation provided. If you plan to drive, please make sure you have a safe way to get back to your hotel or home. There are plenty of ride share options available in the area.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We have a Registry tab that lists every item from all of our registries. Thank you so much for thinking of us!
