For our wedding festivities, we will be exclusively renting Markree Castle for the night before our wedding (July 15th) and our wedding night (July 16th). As the castle has a limited number of bedrooms, these rooms will be reserved for our bridal party and immediate family. We truly wish we could accommodate everyone at the castle, but we hope our guests understand the space limitations. There are many wonderful hotels nearby in Sligo, and we’ve included a list of recommended accommodations to help you plan your stay. We can’t wait to celebrate together and are so grateful you’re making the journey to join us.

For guests looking to book accommodation near our wedding venue, the Sligo Park Hotel is a wonderful option set in peaceful parkland just outside Sligo town. We have secured a room block of 20 rooms for our wedding guests. Rooms are available for July 15, 16, and 17 (no minimum # of nights required).
