Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport
Our number ONE recommendation for travel through a major airport! Detroit's airport is on the western side of the city, making this route the easiest drive to Southwest Michigan. No city traffic! The drive is approximately 2 hours to the hotel accommodations via rental car.

Chicago O'Hare International Airport
Another major airport recommendation! The drive is approximately 2 and a half hours to the hotel accommodations via rental car. Please be aware that this drive will include Chicago traffic, toll roads, and a time zone change!

Fort Wayne International Airport
The Fort Wayne airport is the second shortest distance from the hotel accommodations, with the drive being under 2 hours via rental car. Flights may not be as frequent due to size of airport, but for our Orlando friends, Allegiant flies here regularly from the Sanford airport. This drive includes many small towns, including very popular Amish country with fun stops along the way!

Grand Rapids Gerald R. Ford Airport
The Grand Rapids airport is the SHORTEST distance from the hotel accommodations, with the drive being just over 1 hour via rental car. Flights may not be as frequent due to size of airport, but for our Orlando friends, Allegiant flies here regularly from the Sanford airport.

Rental Cars
We recommend booking through Priceline or another third party service. They usually offer unlimited mileage and have better deals. Just make sure to book the reservation under the person picking up the car!
