To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible! To RSVP head to the page labeled 'RSVP' and enter your first and last name. However, the deadline is April 1st 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We hope you can understand and appreciate your cooperation.
Your invitation will state how many people are invited in your party. While we generally feel like more is merrier, we're extremely limited on space at our venue so we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. We are so excited to celebrate our special day with our closest family and friends! We kindly ask that you refer to your invitation to see exactly who is invited. While we love your little ones, we regret that we’re unable to include all children in our celebration. If you feel we made a mistake or have any questions, please reach out to Madi for clarification. Thank you!
Yes! We hope you see this day as an opportunity to have fun and dress up! The dress code is Semi-Formal. Recommendations for men: suit & tie optional, khaki pants and a nice button up, blazer/jacket, dress shoes. Please no jeans! Recommendations for women: cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, floral dresses, midi dresses Please do not wear jeans, white, ivory, or cream.
There will be parking available at the wedding venue. To help ensure everyone gets home safely, we will have two SUV shuttles available at the end of the night to take guests back to their hotel or rental within Red Lodge. Please note there may be a short wait at the end of the evening, so if you prefer not to wait, please plan accordingly and drink responsibly. The venue allows overnight parking, so we'd recommend leaving your car and getting it the next morning if you plan to enjoy some beverages throughout the night!
Probably not! Uber/Lyft are basically non-existent in Red Lodge, so please don't plan on relying on rideshare services throughout the weekend.
We will have an incredible photography and videography team there to capture our ceremony and we're more than happy to share those with you! We ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony to be present with us in the moment. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please take tons of photos/videos and capture all the memories once the ceremony has ended.
Please arrive 20–30 minutes early to allow time to find the venue, park, and get settled before the ceremony begins. We plan to start promptly, and we’d love for you to be comfortably seated and ready for the ceremony to begin. Madi hates being late and off schedule! :(
We will have an open bar featuring beer, wine, seltzers, and our signature cocktails. If those options don’t suit your fancy, additional liquor beverages will be available for purchase. We’ve hired an amazing bar vendor, so please do not bring any outside alcoholic beverages to the venue.
