Our love story began in the summer of 2018 at a church camp, where two kids met by chance but soon realized they were destined for something special. Not even being from rival high schools could keep us apart! As college arrived, we continued to grow together. The distance—1,324 miles to be exact—wasn't always easy, but we learned that love isn’t about being together every moment. It’s about supporting one another, growing through challenges, and staying committed, even when life gets busy. On July 5th, 2024, Kolten proposed to Madi on what was supposed to be just a simple family hike, but it turned into the most beautiful and unforgettable moment of our lives. It was perfect, a culmination of everything we had built together. After all the years of growing, learning, and loving together, we are so excited to begin our next chapter as husband and wife. We’re ready for forever, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the love we’ve built and the life we’re about to share together as the Unreins.
