5pm-6pm will be cocktail hour followed by a seated, family style dinner and dancing. Transportation will be provided to and from the reception at Lucky 8 Ranch, with pickup and drop-off points throughout Steamboat. The buses will begin doing loops early in the night starting at 8:30pm and continue until the end of the reception. Pick up locations for the busses to bring guests to the ranch will be Holy Name Catholic Church, The Rabbit Ears Motel, The Porches, and Residence Inn. The busses will drop off at these same locations at the end of the night.
