What's the weather like in Utah?
Answer
In August the weather is warm! The temp will likely be 70s-90s, however in the mountains the weather can change any minute from sun to wind or even a downpour. I'd recommend packing for warm weather and bringing a few hoodies or light jackets in case it gets chilly, especially at night!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Both! The welcome reception is on a rooftop pool outside at night (bring a light jacket it may get chilly). The wedding ceremony will be held outside in the early evening. The wedding reception will then move indoors with an attached outdoor balcony.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by July 1st! This allows us time to finalize planning with our vendors so our wedding can go as smoothly as possible.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire! Look nice and don't wear white! Suit and tie, pantsuit, dress, or whatever formal attire you feel best in.

How long should I book my trip for?
Answer
Ultimately, this is up to you! We will be hosting a Welcome Reception at 8pm on Thursday August 28th and the Wedding on Friday August 29th 4:30pm-11pm. Should you choose to stay for the weekend there is lots to do at snowbird! Additionally, we will be posting an itinerary with our plans for Saturday and Sunday if you'd like to join us (likely Oktoberfest and hiking)!

Are plus ones and children allowed?
Answer
Due to space and budget constraints, we have had to limit the amount of plus ones and have opted to make our special day adults-only. If you have a plus one, that will be indicated when you enter your name to RSVP on our website.

Where do I sit?
Answer
For the wedding ceremony, we will not be doing specific sides so you are welcome to sit wherever you'd like! For the reception, in order to ensure meal choices and dietary restrictions are followed, we will have a seating chart posted with your assigned table number.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! The welcome reception the night before will have a charge bar and the wedding reception will have an open bar! Cheers and drink responsibly!
