Big bro to the groom, Patrick is the best man for a reason. He’s literally known Neil since day one. He’s also a man of many talents. His voice impressions and his memes never cease to impress. Two more fun facts, he’s an incredible runner and he has a peanut allergy!

Long-time bestie of the Bride and D1 soccer prodigy, Alex is literally Maddie's first best friend. When she isn't hiking the 14,000 ft mountains of Utah, she is probably learning the latest TikTok dance. This foodie loves staying active, traveling the world, and hanging out at the nearest Lululemon! Fun Fact: If she didn't drag Maddie down to Florida for Spring Break 2017, Maddie would have never met Neil!

Pearse saw Neil at his very worst, sitting on the school bus in elementary school throwing up in a plastic bag. From then on, he knew Neil would be one of his best friends. Pearse is wicked smart, patented the floater 3-point shot in Church Basketball, and loves his Clemson Tigers.

This hibachi loving college best friend of the Bride is truly a treat to know. Hawthorne is an avid beach goer, tennis pro, and loves all things brownies. Hawthorne and Josh are couple besties with Maddie and Neil and they are both in the wedding party! When she isn't at the beach or Tenko, Hawthorne is most definitely throwing it down in Alchemy!

Josh is another treat. Josh copies Neil with a lot of things: being left-handed, studying Finance, raised in Charlotte. Neil’s roommate after graduation, Josh has spent more time with Neil in quarantine than anyone on this Earth. Josh is the second father-figure to Neil’s dog, Finley. Neil claims Josh is the best golfing partner he’ll ever have.
Bailey Ulm

Former Younglife teammate and college bestie of the Bride, this curly girl is definitely the wildest of Maddie's friends. A few things you should know about Bailey is that she grew up in Colony, Texas, she LOVES Mexican food, and she loves to swim. Despite her silly personality, her wardrobe mainly consists of the color black and she is always down to play! You may spot Bailey driving around in her Prius or enjoying queso and tacos at the local Mexican restaurant!
Hayes Christenbury

Hayes is a lover. Quiet at first, but when you get to know him, he’s just a treat. Hayes played baseball with Neil since they were little kids and hit the farthest home run off Neil when he was 12, hitting the ball roughly 300 ft. Hayes lived with Neil in college at NC State for two years and STILL considers him one of his best friends.

Sweet sweet Haley McGoldrick. Haley is also a long-time bestie of the Bride and is a proud Davidsonian. This girl is the fashionista of the group, BIG Wilmington girl, and always has a smile on her face. Fun fact about Haley is that her great aunt invented the glow stick and she has 4 siblings! Haley also went on the infamous spring break trip with Alex and Maddie and actually set up the Bride and Groom!
Claude Miller

Where to begin with Claude Miller. Part skater, part literary, part gamer. Claude has recently pursued his passion for photography so you should check out his portfolio. Claude claims to be able to dunk but none of his friends have ever actually seen him do it. Claude studied at Washington & Lee (Go Gennies) currently lives in our nation’s capital.

A Charlotte native and amateur comedian, Maggie Lytle is by far the most talented, spunky and silly friend of the Bride. Maggie is an expert in garage band, she can shred an electric guitar and she once was a custodian at Dolly World. Maggie is also a former Younglife teammate of the Bride and she loves a good hat! Fun fact about Maggie is that she is professional DJ and sound tech! Did I mention she is in a band? Make sure to check out Me and My Crow!
Maxwell Dreffer

Brother of the Bride and mechanical engineer in the making, Max is the brains of the Dreffer family. Max is a proud fraternity brother of Phi Delta Theta and prouder student of the NC State Wolfpack. Max can also shred an electric guitar and loves all things classic rock. If you see him around, ask him about his latest Physics grade, which Led Zeppelin song is his favorite, or how much he loves his sister! We love an #engineeringking!

Former Plexi roommate and college best friend of the Bride, Whitney is always down to hang. Whitney is an avid bike rider, Longfellower, and proud owner of a Honda CRV. Whitney is Mitch Dreffer's number 1 fan and there are a lot of fans of Mitch Dreffer out there. This silly and solid friend of Maddie's is always down for an adventure to snag a Chick-Fil-A milkshake!

The Man. The Myth. The Legend. Mitchell Dreffer is everyone's favorite Dreffer. Mitch is an avid musician and varsity swimmer. He is also a newly employed Chick-Fil-A'er and loves a good Netflix show. You may find newly licensed Mitch cruising around in his Eddie Bauer edition Ford Explorer or showing off his skills on the wakeboard! He may be the youngest of the wedding party, but he is still stealing all of the ladies hearts!

Meredith is one of Maddie's first college friends and their friendship sparked when Meredith walked into Maddie's dorm unannounced day 3 of college! Meredith is intentional, DTH, and always up for some Chick-Fil-A! When Mere isn't at Camp Dixie or speech pathology class, she is probably playing wiffle ball on top of a parking deck or taking a late night drive through downtown Raleigh! Meredith is hands down NC State's number one fan and a proud alumni of Cary High School #forksup!!!

Calvert Maxwell is part of an elite breed. Cal and Neil got to know each other in college through an on-campus ministry called Cru. From there, the friendship blossomed. Cal is the most passionate NC State fan, through thin and thinner. Find a Cal Maxwell in your life, its worth it.

This little pup may as well be the star of the show on May 30th, 2021! Neil and Maddie adopted her back in 2019 and life with Finley has been a dream. Finley loves to fetch, eat food and is the best snuggler. She steals the hearts of everyone she meets and takes the title of "Best dog ever."
