Question

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at the Aloft or Tru by Hilton hotels, there will be a trolley transporting guests to and from the venue.

What Covid-19 precautions are in place?

Answer

We ask that if anyone that is not vaccinated has been in contact with a person that has tested positive for Covid within 10 days of the event, that they do not attend. We will not be mandating masks at the event.

What are the Start and End Times of the Event?

Answer

Ceremony start time: 5:30 pm -We encourage guests to arrive 10-15 minutes early, to be comfortably seated. Reception end time: -Our reception will be ending at 10 pm

What is the dresscode?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Make sure to bring your dancing shoes!

What are the Trolley pickup times?

Answer

The Trolley pick-up times are 4:40 pm, 4:55 pm, 5:10 pm. The Trolley has a max capacity of 16 people. The trolley will be running continuously after the reception.
