Our dream home is actually right next door to our current rental apartment. Located in Chelsea, 142 West 21st Street is a proposed 80,000 SF, thirteen story, 21-unit residential condominium. We love our street, our neighborhood and our city, and hope to put down permanent roots right here! The building is currently under construction and its estimated completion is Late 2025.

We are still using all of my kitchen items from grad school circa 2012... Luckily, Marcin contributed a few nice plates and mugs when he moved in :) but generally speaking, it's time for an upgrade. We appreciate your help!
