FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 7pm. Arrive at 6pm to enjoy a cocktail, socialize and find your seat for the cermony. Please do not arrive later than 6:40pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Soirée. Think romantic, colorful, and semi-formal with a playful, elevated touch. Flowy dresses, floral prints, linen suits. We love color! Pastels, florals, soft brights, and earthy tones will blend beautifully with the setting. Please avoid wearing all white or ivory, as those are reserved for the bride. *The Gallery tab on this site has a photo collage examples of the types of attire we had in mind with this theme.

Question

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Most of the celebration will be on grass and gravel, so choose comfortable shoes like wedges, block heels, or flats.

Question

What about food and drinks?

Answer

We’re serving up a delicious spread of catered, artisan pizzas — fresh from the oven and perfect for a summer evening! There will be a variety of options including cheese, veggie, and a meat option, plus plenty of salads, sides, and late-night snacks to keep everyone full and happy. Of course, there will also be an open bar with wine, beer, seltzer and a signature cocktail as well as some non-alcoholic options. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP — we want to make sure everyone is well-fed!

Question

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors. Since it’s a summer evening, we hope it will be comfortably warm all evening!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When RSVPing through our wedding website, entering your name will tell you if your invitation is for just you, you and your significant other, or you and “guest”. If “guest” is noted, you’re welcome to bring a plus one to join you for the evening. Please be sure to include your guest’s name when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be 21+. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We've included information for 5 hotels, all within a 15-minute drive of our wedding venue. You can book whichever suits your style and budget best.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Valet parking will be available at the venue. Parking will be free, but tipping the attendants is highly encouraged.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend using Lyft or Uber — they’re quick, reliable, and easily accessible from all the hotel locations. No need to worry about parking, but there is also parking at the venue. If you plan on letting loose, we ask that you have a designated driver or opt to ride share.

Question

When should I book my hotel?

Answer

We recommend booking early to guarantee availability, especially if you're traveling from out of town. There are additional hotels outside of the 5 we have listed, however these may be slightly further away.
