Yes! Your Save the Date and Invite should include the names of all children as well. Our only request is that you RSVP yes or no for any kiddos so we know how to plan for kids meals and head count accordingly.
At this time, the rehearsal dinner on Friday evening will be limited to bridal party, but we have scheduled a non-hosted welcome drinks event for all who are in town on Friday 6/9. Please see the Schedule page for more specific information.
On your RSVP card there will be an option to indicate any food restrictions, but please also feel free to let us know directly as well so we can be sure to accommodate you with catering.
We want everyone to feel their best, so there is no strict dress code. It will be an indoor event for the entire evening including ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, so any type of cocktail or semi-formal attire is recommended. As a guide, the wedding party will be in semi-formal or formal attire.
There will be valet parking at the venue for an additional fee, plus a parking garage open to all across the street, and additional street parking behind and adjacent to the hotel.
There are numerous Lyft and Uber options in the Bay Area, and any hotel you select should also be able to provide the numbers for local cab companies if that is desired instead. Most hotels we have searched or recommended are within a 10-15 minute ride away from the venue, however, please allow for additional time to call your rideshare or cab on the event date.
