Please contact Allison Daube, our Travel Advisor that is helping arrange air and hotel accomodations. Her contact information can be found in the "Travel" tab. Allison will be able to set you up with air travel options, however, there is no "package" of hotel and air. Hotel accommodations have a discounted group rate but air travel is at retail.
We ask that you reserve your hotel accommodations no later than July 31st. This is the cut-off date we are setting in order to coordinate everything with the resort. You will be able to reserve your hotel by contacting our travel advisor (see "Travel" tab). An initial deposit of $100 will reserve your hotel room and the rest of the balance can be paid as you please so long as it is paid in by September 22nd. Cancellation fees will apply after that date. We recommend that you reserve your hotel room as soon as you know you are able to attend in order to block the room and you are guaranteed a spot. Remember, payment needed at the time of booking is only $100 while the remaining balance can be paid in installments or all at once so long as it's by September 22nd.

Beach gear, obviously. And of course, two semi-formal outfits for the welcome dinner and wedding. Be sure to dress comfortable regardless, it will be nice and warm throughout the stay! Fyi - Bring plenty of sunscreen. To be safe, pack biodegradable sunscreens as some of the parks and beaches will only allow those suncreens to be used.
Your presence is our gift! We ask that you do not bring gifts with you to Mexico as it will be difficult for us to travel back with everything to the U.S. Instead, if you really want to provide a gift, we'll happily accept cash :)
