What is the dress code?

Formal (Summer Formal) - We’re going for summer formal, classic and elegant with a bright, summery twist. Think long, colorful gowns/dresses in jewel tones or soft summer shades, and timeless suit combos (or whatever feels fancy enough for a ballroom in July). Inspiration: https://pin.it/1i8mTUWNc

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening. They are welcome at our Welcome Party Friday night (those under 21 must be with an adult to stay until 10PM).

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the Hotel and Travel page on our website for recommendations. You’ll find info on our block there too.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, an open bar. Bring a few dollars to tip your bartenders though!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be limited parking available in the area (mostly street or there are a few ramps available - see Hotels and Travel). We encourage you to carpool or use a ridesharing service if you aren’t staying in the hotel block.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30PM and will be a quick one (hopefully). Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

No, but they are separated by a building so it will be a quick walk between the two.
