Flight
Phoenix Sky Harbor or Sedona Airport
For our out-of-state guests, we recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)—it's the most convenient major airport in the area. From there, the wedding venue is about a 2-hour scenic drive north. There’s also the Sedona Airport for those exploring alternative travel options. Please note that no commercial flights operate in or out of this airport—it’s primarily for private and chartered flights. That said, it’s conveniently within walking distance of Sky Ranch Lodge, one of our recommended hotels, making it a great option for those arriving that way.
Travel Note
Getting Around
We recommend renting a car during your stay—it’s the easiest way to get to Sedona and explore the surrounding Verde Valley. While Uber is available, service can be limited in the area. For the wedding reception, we’ll be offering group transportation from the designated hotels to the Smith Family Ranch. Guests are welcome to drive, but please note the venue is in a rural area and includes a short drive down a dirt road. We encourage using the shuttle so you can relax, avoid navigation or parking concerns, and fully enjoy the evening!
