Dress Code: Boots & Bloom Formal Think timeless elegance meets Arizona ranch. Tuxes or sharp suits, garden-inspired gowns, and a touch of Western flair—cowboy boots, turquoise, bolos, or a great hat. Dress to impress, but feel free to embrace the setting. For ideas, explore our outfit inspiration board: https://pin.it/fPIZnSJ6C There will be a break between the ceremony and reception if you’d like to freshen up or switch into more ranch-ready wear. The reception is outdoors on grass terrain—choose shoes you can walk comfortably in. Evenings can cool to the mid 50s–60s, so consider bringing a jacket or wrap.
Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the ceremony at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cottonwood. For the reception, we’ll provide shuttles from Sky Ranch Lodge and Courtyard Sedona to the ranch, with return service at the end of the night. More details, including shuttle times and pickup spots, will follow after RSVPs. Prefer to drive? You're welcome to—parking is available at the ranch, please keep in mind the last mile of the commute is a well-maintained dirt road.
While we adore your little ones, the reception will be an adults-only celebration. Children are welcome to attend the ceremony at the church, but we kindly ask that the rest of the evening be reserved for grown-ups only. This is both for your enjoyment and their safety, as the ranch setting and late-night festivities are best suited for adults. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and celebrate with us!
Your formal invitation will indicate if a guest is included. We feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such a large and loving circle of family and friends. With that in mind, we’re prioritizing invitations accordingly and, as much as we wish we could include everyone, we simply aren’t able to extend a plus-one to all. Thanks for understanding—we promise good food, strong drinks, and plenty of dancing either way!
