Palisades Tahoe is on the Ikon Ski Pass & was home to the 1960 Winter Olympics. Most importantly, it's Aaron's absolute favorite place to ski. Please reach out to us if you plan to purchase tickets or rent gear so that we can help secure the best pricing. Children welcome! No need to RSVP by a certain date, we are just trying to get a headcount so we know who to expect and message details to closer to the date! :)
2:00 pm
Come share some ice cold pitchers of beer - & probably a Wildflour cookie or two - at one of Palisades Tahoe's legendary après-ski locations! Also known as, "The Chammy," for short. Meet on the lawn, weather permitting. Children welcome! No need to RSVP by a certain date, we are just trying to get a headcount so we know who to expect and message details to closer to the date! :)
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Mountain Chic
There will be a taco bar, breathtaking lake views (right from the beach!) and lots of cocktails. Parking readily available on the street or in adjacent King's Beach parking lot. TBD if transportation will be provided from Palisades Tahoe resort or other hotels. Children welcome! Please RSVP for your total party so we have an accurate headcount.
2:30 pm - 4:30 pm
This event will be outdoors on the Upper Observation Deck at High Camp.
Tram times will be posted closer to the event but plan to be early, as this is the only way for guests to be transported up the mountain. Feel free to explore High Camp once at the top but be sure to make it back to the deck for the ceremony. There is a small museum dedicated to the 1960 Winter Olympics. More details to follow. Invited guests only; no children.
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Mountain formal attire
After a quick toast with us at the top of High Camp - & taking some gorgeous photos of the lake view - we will ride the tram back down. A shuttle will meet us at the bottom to drive the short distance to the Olympic Valley Event Center for a cocktail hour on the deck. Invited guests only; no children.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Mountain Formal Attire (AKA: Formal Dress Code with an optional mountain twist, such as a bolo tie or cowboy boots. More details on the, "Questions?," page.)
More details to follow soon! Invited guests only; no children.
