Leavenworth is a Bavarian-style village located in the central cascades right along the Wenatchee River. The streets are lined with festive German style restaurants and buildings serving brats, beer, and pretzels. Keep in mind that the town will be crowded during the holiday weekend!

The Enchantments
Located just outside Leavenworth is the most incredible chain of Gatorade colored alpine lakes surrounded by jagged peaks known as The Enchantments. Hike to Colchuck Lake is ~8mi round trip with 2400ft of elevation gain (highly recommend). If you are feeling ambitious, a 19mi 5000ft of gain through-hike of The Enchantments can be done by car shuttle!

Seattle
Spend time exploring the city on the water surrounded by mountains that we call home. Stroll around our favorite local parks - Seward Park, Discovery Park, The Arboretum. Check out sunset views looking out over the city at Kerry Park and looking out over the Olympic mountains at Golden Gardens. Explore Pike’s Place market - pick out a gorgeous flower bouquet and watch the flying fish!
North Cascades National Park
Drive down Highway 20 to check out stunning alpine lakes and rugged mountain scapes.
Olympic National Park
Home to the Hoh rainforest, the Olympic mountains, and the most incredible stretch of coastline
Mount Rainier National Park
Get up close and personal with Tahoma (Mt Rainier), the massive 14,400ft glaciated volcano that looks over our city.
Whale watching
Take a whale watching tour out of Anacortes to find gray, humpback, and orcas whales who call the PNW waters home.
San Juan Islands
Take the ferry to one of the peaceful San Juan Islands (keep an eye out for whales and dolphins en route!). Biking, cute bakeries, coastal views, sleepy towns.
