Is there a dress code?

Semi-Formal/Dressy Causal It will be the end of October so it will probably get chilly at night Please for the love of god don't wear a white dress!

What's to eat?

Answer

During cocktail hour there will be four different hors d'oeuvres passed around by waitstaff as well as two large platters of cheeses and fruits. Dinner will consists of an appetizer of Soup du Jour, and the entree will include fresh homemade rolls, tossed garden salad, seasonal vegetables and potatoes with a choice of protein; either the Rustic Chicken or Fireplace Roasted Prime Rib. Vegetarian and other dietary needs can easily be accommodated with advanced notice. The wedding toast will be made with local farm fresh cider followed by delicious cake with decadent buttercream frosting.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can make sure to provide you with an adequate meal

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, a cash bar will be available for all alcoholic beverages. Please be prepared to pay with cash or card.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony and reception are at the same place, the Salem Cross Inn has parking in both the front and rear. Rear parking lot is handicap accessible

Can I bring a date?

Please only bring a date if you were given a plus one as we only have accommodations for a specific number of guests

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Whilst we love little ones, and we truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding reception we are only able to invite the children of our immediate families. There will be alcohol consumption on the premise as well as explicit music playing at times. Please keep the kiddos home
