The Mountain Club on Loon - Loon Mountain Condo Resort

This is where we are staying, simply because it is walking distance to the wedding site. We don't have a block of rooms there because the new management has been really difficult, and canceled our room block, welcome reception and brunch when we rescheduled last spring. So I don't know if we actually recommend it. But it is convenient and it's where we'll be.

Lincoln and the surrounding area is full of roadside motels, and we think this is the best one, but it is also the only one we where have stayed. The owners are hardworking immigrants whose dream was to make this roadside motel a Best Western Signature Hotel, and it looks like they've done it. Good for them! It's economically priced and the rooms have all been recently renovated. The breakfast has a make your own waffle set-up and there's a duck pond. It's also conveniently close to the road. :) No room block but there were lots of rooms available at this writing.

The Village of Loon Mountain
Call to book your room here-- if you try to book online it will say it is booked but as of this writing, it is not. It looks nice and we already know some guests will be staying there, but we haven't stayed here or visited. As with all the hotels posted, we do not have a block of rooms here.
