Getting There
SeaTac is our local airport, which is located about 2 hours away from Port Townsend.
To get to Port Townsend, realistically we recommend renting a car for the weekend to optimize your flexibility and exploration. Especially if you are making the most of the long weekend by extending your travels!
It is also an option to Rocket Shuttle from SeaTac to PT and back, which would work well if you prefer to explore town by foot or you have friends with cars to carpool with during the weekend.
If you are driving from SeatTac, you can either drive over the Tacoma bridge or take the Seattle - Bainbridge ferry, which will get you about an hour away from Port Townsend.

The ferry to Bainbridge island will take you about half way to Port Townsend -- recommended if you are flying in early to see some amazing views and explore Seattle on your way over! Tickets are required for vehicles, you can simply drive up and purchase your ticket at the ferry.
