Where to Stay

Port Townsend is an incredible, historic seaport with fairly limited hotel options. With this in mind, we would appreciate folks optimizing the houses available at Fort Worden (converted officers quarters and the like) by pairing up with friends or family to book some of the options there. We have hotel blocks on a large proportion of the housing stock in town -- this includes the entirety of the Bishop and the Swan (literally, if you see a stranger in the hallway say hi, because you'll see them at the wedding!). The room blocks are for Friday August 30-Monday September 2 (due to the long weekend), but there are options to extend on either side if you so chose. Some of you have already received guidance on where to stay -- if you have any questions at all on housing options please reach out!

House Or Rental

Fort Worden Historical State Park

200 Battery Way East, Port Townsend, WA 98368

Fort Worden is our lovely, historic state park, and we have a number of housing options as a room block at the Fort. Most houses have multiple bedrooms and are intended to be shared with family and friends -- please coordinate with your loved ones to book! Note: Fort Worden is not walkable to the wedding venue, so we will have a shuttle service running to get people safely to and from the wedding. There is not much parking by the venue, so please plan to take the shuttle if you are able! Unless you have received other instructions from us, reservations can be made by using our custom booking link (reservations made outside of this link will not include our discount): https://bit.ly/jackson-kennedy The room block with discounted rates is held until June 28th, so please make your plans accordingly!

Travel Note

Additional Housing & Camping Options

There are a number of additional historic hotels and bed and breakfasts, as well as airbnbs, in town that you are welcome to explore! However, we do not have blocks at hotels other than those listed. If you choose to stay at one of these places, we recommend staying closer to town, to take advantage of walking to the venue. Additionally, there are camping and RV options at Fort Worden State Park, the Point Hudson Marina, and Fort Townsend State Park (which is just few minutes out of town). Please reach out if you'd like recommendations or guidance on these options!
