I first met Mary in a law school Bible Study. They say opposites attract and, while I can’t say if that’s true in marriage, I know it must be true in best friends, because it didn’t take very long for a super sweet Mary and a super sassy me to be joined at the hip. Ever since she’s made sure to keep me safe I’ve made sure to keep her wild. I can’t wait till both she and Lucas will say I do and keep each other happy!☺️❤️☺️

Hi! I’m Calista McGinsie: a Hoosier turned Floridian who loves to be outside. I met Mary 2.5 years ago when I moved from Indianapolis to Tampa for my job. She was one of the first people I met through mutual friends (shoutout Kelsey Graham, another bridesmaid!) I knew after meeting this sweet, bubbly, generous, dog-loving person that she would make a great friend. And she has been just that since the beginning; from dog park dates and pedicures to Disney trips and backyard cookouts, we always have the best time. Mary and Lucas have opened their arms and their home to us from the very first time we met them, they are the kind of friends everyone needs at least one of in their life. I’m so thankful to witness the love between these two, and honored to be part of their wedding day. 🤍

Hi, I’m Cassidy! Mary and I met in law school and we bonded over our love of arguing (being right), wine, and chihuahuas, as well as our mutual loathing of certain classes. We kept each other sane throughout law school, and in the meantime formed the most wonderful friendship. I am so excited to stand by Mary’s side as she says “I Do”!

Mary and I met through mutual friends (Evan) and hit it off instantly! We both knew we were going to be bffs by how loud we were together and how much we laughed! The squeals and cackles give us away instantly every time we are together. 🤪 Once you get to know me, you’ll find out that I’m obsessed with all things cats!! When I’m not at work nursing patients back to health, I’m at home nursing foster kittens back to health. I’m so excited for Mary and Luke’s wedding and cannot wait to stand by their side on their special day! 💕 Time to get this party started!

My name is Valeria (Val) and I am one of Mary’s best friends. Mary and I met in law school. Mary was the barrister’s ball committee chair and I was her co-chair. We got along like two peas in a pod. Since then we’ve pretty much been inseparable, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I can’t wait to be standing by her side on her big day, and knowing Mary it will definitely be a night to remember!

I grew up in a small town south of Boston. Moved to the Tampa area after high school. Went to Florida Southern for a couple years where I was freshman year roommates with the one and only Lucas Austin. I ended up transferring and finishing my education at USF. Worked for Hershey right out of school and now work for Kraft Heinz. In my spare time, I enjoy beating Lucas on the golf course, playing volleyball, and going to the beach.

I would like to pride myself as being Lucas’s oldest friend of the group. Starting in elementary school and church groups, Lucas has (quite literally) become part of my family. I have seen Luke evolve from surfboards and skateboards to frat stardom to fitness icon, and now to a businessman on his way to getting married and starting a family. Proud of you bro, excited for the big day!

My friendship with Lucas started thanks to Mary. We’d been friends for a few years prior to them dating, and I got to meet him on when we all went on a double date. From then on Lucas and I hit it off and became friends immediately. Our friendship started because of our love of sports and similar personalities/sense of humor, but has since developed into much more, like golf, and beer (the important things in life). I can easily say that both he and Mary are two of my favorite people and closest friends, both independently and together. It’s been a fun adventure for me being able to watch their love for each other grow more and more over the years. I’m excited, and honored that I get to be a part of another page in their journey together, as they tie the knot come November. Love you both.

HELLO EVERYONE, I’m Stephen! I’m Luke’s coolest friend who wears clothes that aren’t acceptable for most social situations with adults.... so. I met Luke in college, sophomore year, when I walked in on Luke and Evan kissing each other... really they were just playing NBA 2k but that’s not as spicy, so just believe the other part. Luke and I have been through it all. We lived together during the school year and the summers for 5 or 6 years and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I honestly can’t nail down one great memory with Luke cause he’s like family to me so we’ve made too many to count. LUH U BRUDDA

My name is Tyler Mattingly. Luke & I became friends in 2004 after my family and I moved to Brandenburg. We originally bonded over our love for sports. We also had a few weird similarities, like our ability to wear oversized basketball shorts down to our shins and think that we were cool. Luke was quick to accept me as a friend when I was the new kid in town & he has been a loyal & loving friend ever since. My family has always considered Luke to be apart of ours & I always have felt loved by Luke’s. We have so many memories together since 2004. Even though Luke went off to FL after high school we have stayed connected and our friendship is still as strong as ever. I was honored to have Luke by my side as a groomsmen when I married my wife and I can’t wait to be by his side on his big day!
