How do I RSVP?

We will be sending out formal wedding invitations closer to the date, and you will be able to RSVP on this website then!

Dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal. Suits (or just a shirt and tie), gowns, cocktail dresses or qipao will all be suitable for the occasion! Really anything that you are comfortable in!!

Weather? Layers?
Answer
Weather in Maleny typically ranges from 15-22°C in August. We are hoping for nice sunny weather, but would definitely recommend bringing a light jacket, shawl, or cardigan. Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors with temperature control, but you will be outdoors for the cocktail hour!

Will there be food and drinks?
Answer
Of course! Canapés will be served during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner including your choice of entree, main, and desert. Your formal invitations will include menu and you will be able to make a selection when you RSVP. Please also inform us of any dietary restrictions and allergies when you RSVP. As for drinks, there will be soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea and alcohol served throughout the day! All guests above the legal drinking age will be able to access a selection of wines, beers, ciders, and 2 cocktails selected by the bride and groom. Spirits are not included in your drinks package, but will be available to purchase from the bar.

Wedding registry?
Answer
Besides celebrating with the people we love, the most meaningful gift we could receive is a contribution towards our honeymoon fund. Therefore, we will not be having a registry but will instead have a wishing well/ be accepting red packets on the day of the wedding.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We have chosen to have a smaller, intimate wedding, and therefore picked a venue suitable for the number of guests we would like to invite. If your partner is invited, their name will be included in the wedding invitation. That said, if you'd very much like to bring your +1 to our wedding, have a chat to us and we'll see what we can do!

Accomodation?

Travel and Parking?
Answer
Parking is available at the wedding venue. However, if you are planning to have a fun boozy time with us during our reception, we definitely would not recommend driving home thereafter! We have arranged transport for all guests to and from accomodations (within Maleny and Montville) and our wedding venue. Please specify if you would require this in your RSVP.
