For those flying in, Harry Reid International Airport is the closest airport to our venue and recommended hotels. It's just a short drive from the Las Vegas Strip, with plenty of ground transportation options available, including taxis, ride-shares (Uber/Lyft), and shuttle services. If you’re staying at Circa Resort & Casino or nearby, you can expect about a 20-minute drive from the airport, depending on traffic.

We’ve arranged for guests to stay at Circa Resort & Casino, located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas at a discounted rate for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. (Not all three days are required to use this code) There is a group code and number on your invitation, guests must call and book their own reservations. Guests will have up to 30 days prior to the group block arrival to book at this discounted rate. Circa is an adults-only (21+) hotel features spacious rooms, a rooftop pool complex, and a variety of dining and entertainment options. It’s about a 20-minute drive from Harry Reid International Airport and just a short walk from popular downtown attractions like the Fremont Street Experience. If you’re unable to find a room at Circa, there are several other hotels in the area that offer great accommodations. Be sure to book your stay early, as rooms may fill up fast!

Las Vegas is a very car-dependent city, especially if you plan on exploring areas outside the Strip or heading out to attractions like Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam, or Mt. Charleston. If you're looking to venture beyond the city proper, we recommend renting a car for convenience and flexibility. However, if you're staying primarily within the city, ride-shares (Uber/Lyft) and taxis are readily available and a valid option for getting around. Most major attractions, including our venue and hotels, are just a short drive away.
