Welcome Event

Join us for a casual get-together on Friday night at The Phoenix Bar & Lounge (4213 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89102) from 9:30 PM to 2 AM. It’s adults-only (21+), and while food is available for purchase, nothing will be provided by us—just come to hang out and enjoy! No need to RSVP, and there are plenty of parking options, though you can always use rideshare. Looking forward to kicking off the wedding weekend with you!

2nd Welcome Event

9:00 pm - 10:45 pm

Join us for a night of wonder at Cirque Du Soleil’s 'O' on Saturday evening, at the O Showroom in the Bellagio from 9:00 PM to 10:45 PM (doors open at 8:30 PM). Guests will need to purchase their own tickets and select seats, and while there’s no need to RSVP, seats fill up fast, so grab yours soon! The dress code is casual to smart casual. Parking is available at the Bellagio, and the event is family-friendly for ages 5 and up. We can’t wait to enjoy this amazing show with you!

3rd Welcome Event

3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us for a casual picnic at the Red Spring Picnic Area near Calico Basin on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We’ll bring a few snacks and some wine, but feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks (BYOB). This event is family-friendly, and you’re welcome to come and go as you please. Parking is conveniently located next to the picnic area, which is wheelchair accessible. Restrooms are available, and the location is covered, so we’ll be there rain or shine. Don’t forget sunscreen or a hat to stay comfortable while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We’re looking forward to a relaxing afternoon in nature with you!

Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

The dress code is Semi-Formal & Cocktail Attire. While tuxedos and gowns are welcome, we also encourage guests to feel comfortable in suits, cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or dark jackets and slacks.
