Answer

Question

Answer

Your invitation will specify whether you may bring a plus one.

Question

We kindly request no children at the wedding unless the bride and groom have given prior approval.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will be indoors with access to an outdoor patio.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in Las Vegas during mid to late October is generally mild and pleasant, with average daytime temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to low 80s°F (around 24-29°C) and cooler evenings in the 50s°F (about 10-15°C). The chance of precipitation is typically low during this time, but we recommend checking the forecast as the date approaches to ensure you're prepared for the conditions!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semi-Formal & Cocktail Attire. While tuxedos and gowns are welcome, we also encourage guests to feel comfortable in suits, cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or dark jackets and slacks.

Question

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Our wedding colors are pink, orange, and green. While there’s no need to incorporate these colors into your outfit, if you choose to, it would be appreciated!

Question

Where should I stay if I’m traveling from out of town?

Answer

If you are traveling from out of town, there are plenty of accommodation options in Las Vegas. We particularly recommend Circa Resort & Casino, where the after-party will be held.

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to and from the venue. We recommend considering ride-sharing services or carpooling with other guests for convenience.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We encourage guests to arrive by 3:45 PM when the doors open, as we hope to have everyone seated by approximately 4:25 PM, just before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM.

Question

What is the timeline for the day?

Answer

3:45 PM: Doors open 4:30 PM: Ceremony begins 5:00 PM: Cocktail hour 6:00 PM - 10:30 PM: Dinner and reception 11:00 PM: After-party at Legacy Club, Circa Resort & Casino

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar during both the cocktail hour and the reception. Please note that the after-party at Legacy Club will be a cash bar, but they do accept credit cards for your convenience.

Question

Answer

There is a designated question in the RSVP form to let us know.

Question

Are there any special wedding activities?

Answer

We have several special activities planned! In addition to our three welcome events, we will have a photo station for guests upon arrival in lieu of a guest book, QR codes for uploading your own pictures from the night, and a photo booth for even more fun memories.

Question

Are cameras or phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that cameras and phones be kept away during the ceremony, as it will be an unplugged event. We will have a professional photographer capturing moments of both the guests and the bride and groom, and it would be quite embarrassing to be the one guest with their phone out in all the photos.

Question

Are cameras or phones allowed during the reception?

Answer

Yes, cameras and phones are absolutely welcome during the reception! We encourage you to take as many pictures as you’d like, as we want to see everyone’s perspective of our special day!

Question

Are there any COVID-19 precautions?

Answer

While it is not mandatory, we recommend that guests be up to date on their COVID-19 vaccinations, as there will be immunocompromised guests in attendance. We want everyone to feel safe, happy, and comfortable throughout the celebration.

Question

Is there a wedding hashtag?

Answer

#GymMetLoveSet

Question

Where are you registered for gifts?

Answer

Please refer to the registry tab on this website.
