The Wedding Website of Crysty Skevington and Luke Ippoliti
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This will be an outdoor fall wedding on the lake, dress for grass terrain, sloping hills, comfort, and dancing. The weather will be difficult to predict, and we recommend bringing layers. Highly recommend flat or sturdy shoes! It's a climb from the lake to the dancefloor. There is no "official dress code"; we want you to come no matter your style. But if you need an excuse to dress up, we are recommending "Funky Formal" as an aesthetic. Crysty has compiled a board with ideas (https://pin.it/4BwiFk16R). If you're looking for a reason to wear that cool hat, headpiece, or animal print coat, consider yourself encouraged.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

All events on Saturday, October 12 will be adults only. However, Friday and Sunday events will be kid-friendly and any family members who have traveled with you to watch your kids are welcome to come by as well. If you'd like to include your kids in your travel plans that weekend, we are working on a list of local sitters who may be available. Please reach out to either Crysty or Luke and we will do everything we can. https://www.Care.com is also an option.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are inverting the wedding schedule to make sure we have time for photos with our family and guests. Plan to arrive at 2:30 pm for a cocktail hour and photos with the bride and groom. But the real question is: What time should I leave? Parties at the Skevington residence go late (or early, depending on your definition). Come prepared to pace yourself!

Question

I'm Driving to the Wedding, Will there be Parking?

Answer

There is a parking lot on site with space for about 40 to 50 vehicles, with room for street parking if there is overflow. We encourage Lyfts/Ubers or Taxis for the day and night of, and they should be easy to access in Saratoga. But we will have space if driving is your best option.

Question

How did you get that domain name?

Answer

Cute story, so glad you asked. Crysty's sister, Melissa, secretly bought the crystyandluke domain six years ago in anticipation of this moment and told no one. After quietly maintaining and renewing it all these years she gifted it to us this past Christmas after we became engaged.
