Welcome Event Open House
3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Come by any time between 3 and 10pm to say hello! The Ippoliti family will be shucking oysters, and we'll be serving Indian food for dinner between 5:30 and 7:30pm. Our dear friend Eduardo Erazo, Certified Executive Bourbon Steward by the Stave and Thief Society, and Certified Bourbon Professional by the Council of Whiskey Masters will be hosting a Bourbon tasting as part of our Welcome Event. Rumor has it there will also be an outdoor roller-skating rink. Skates will be provided but bring your own if you like. Check back for more details.

There will be dinner and dancing! Chef Deanna will be working with Rigor Hill Farm to provide a farm-to-table experience for our family and friends.
After Party

What noise ordinances? This dance party will go as long as our guests can stand it. Our friend and DJ Karyn Dyer (Poetik Selektions) will be taking over the second shift.

For anyone extending their trip, Crysty and Luke will be heading to downtown Saratoga to close out the weekend. Unstructured, reservation-free, we'll see you at Gaffney's or Hamlet and Ghost for a final farewell.
