Things To Do

New England is a beautiful place this time of year! We've added a few places that we suggest you check out. Some are within walking distance of hotels and others are a little further away, but worth the drive! Since many of you will likely fly into Boston, we've also included some of our favorite things to do in the city for those thinking about spending some time there before or after the wedding.

Carter Hill Orchard

73 Carter Hill Road, Concord, NH 03303

Enjoy a classic New England apple orchard experience

Concord Craft Brewing

117 Storrs Street, Concord, NH 03301

Rated one of NH's best breweries and within walking distance from the Holiday Inn!

New Hampshire Doughnut Co.

2 Capital Plaza, Concord, NH 03301

For some artisan donuts check our NH donut company! We taste tested them during our visit to the area when touring venues and loved them. They have an awesome seasonal menu with gluten free options as well!

Feathered Friend Brewing

231 South Main Street, Concord, NH 03301

Feathered Friend is another brewery with beer and fruity seltzer on tap within walking distance of the Holiday Inn. They also share a building with Smokeshow Barbeque, so you can feast on Texas-style BBQ while enjoying the bar.

Revelstoke Coffee

100 North Main Street, Concord, NH 03301

Visit a stop on NH's wine and cheese trail

White Mountains (North of Concord)

Lincoln, NH 03251

For those staying in the area before or after the wedding, we highly recommend taking a hike in the White Mountains for some beautiful fall scenery. There are several hike options to explore with varying difficulty - some have made National Geographic's best hikes in the world list!

Quincy Market (Boston)

206 South Market Street, Boston, MA 02109

Full of unique shops and restaurants. Also a popular place to find street performers

Newbury Street (Boston)

Newbury Street, Boston, MA

Full of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops and absolutely gorgeous in the fall. A few of our favorites: Sonsie (the brunch place where Antonia asked her bridesmaids to be in the wedding), Levain Bakery (has the best cookies), and Cafe Nero for amazing Coffee. Ask bridesmaid Julia if you need any additional recs :)

Freedom Trail (Boston)

Freedom Trail, Boston, MA

If you love history, this one's for you. Take a guided tour or walk it yourself and do self-guided tours of all the places that interest you.

North End (Boston)

Boston, MA

For authentic Italian food, make sure to stop here for dinner or lunch then stop at Mike's Pastery for a canoli on the way out.

For all the days along the way
