Shuttle Pick up
2:30 pm
Shuttles will leave the Holiday Inn and The Residence Inn at 2:45. Please do not be late as they have been instructed to leave promptly at this time. If you are staying at The Hotel Concord you will be 0.5 miles from the Holiday Inn and if staying at The Comfort Inn you will be right next to the residence Inn to use those shuttles. Shuttles will be onsite and begin boarding at 2:30pm! Both shuttles will depart the venue at 9:30 following our last dance and return to their respective hotels - please make sure you get on the right shuttle back!
Ceremony & Reception
3:00 pm - 9:30 pm

This is a formal event. Guys please come in jacket and tie. Ladies, cocktail or formal dress. No denim. Be mindful the ceremony takes place on a grassy field so thin heels are not advised.
If you are choosing to drive yourself, give yourself enough time to arrive between 3:00 and 3:15 pm! The bar will be open starting at 3 and we welcome you to grab a drink and find your seats. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm and will last approximately 30 minutes. Everyone should be seated and ready to go by 3:25 - anyone arriving late will have to watch the ceremony from the windows inside such that the ceremony is not disrupted for other guests.
