Joana represents Luísa's longest lasting and most serious relationship, that is until Anders turned up and stole the show. She was the only one that Anders told about the proposal and quickly became his accomplice in its planning. Anders learned one of the most important lessons early on the relationship, as once said by 5 clever ladies - "If you want to be my lover, you gotta get with my friends". If Luísa wasn't marrying him, Joana would probably be the one standing at the altar next to her.

Bridesmaid
Laly and Luísa have been friends since they spent a very rough (in a fun kind of way) year in university together. Known as an excellent beer-drinker and the most outstanding tambourine-player of the whole ESB-faculty, Luísa has never since let go of her. Through thick, thin and port wine.
Espen Skjærholt
Best Man
Espen is Anders' one and only brother! With only a year between them, some say they look alike, while others say they are so different from one another that they can't possibly be from the same family. Never mind the bollocks, they've been through thick and thin and both love the sibling rivalry. Legend has it that when Espen & Anders were 10-11 years old they blackmailed their parents to get snowboards for Christmas by threatening to kidnap Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Anything can happen when these two get together! (Although they are still, to this day, debating who was the brain and who was the brawn of this legendary heist)
Jørgen-André Skarpsno
Best Man
Jølle, as he is known amongst friends, is Anders' main confidant, bandmate and brother in arms ever since they started kicking a football together back in '94. Whether it is traveling the world, trekking in the snowy mountains or brewing beer - these two are always up to new adventures. He will make sure Espen does not plan a stag-party that the groom will not survive, effectively securing the safe passage of this wedding! As Jølle is a logistical mastermind this will be smooth sailing.
Marianne Buset

Marianne has been one of Anders' best friends since the age of five, partly because she can quote Goethe in four different languages. Luísa also took her to heart as soon as they met, with a love of food being a common denominator. As a fantastic wordsmith, Marianne is your go-to, If you want to speak during the big day! As Marianne cleverly said: "Some say this is a role I was given, I say it's the one I was born to do." Boom! We agree. Helena is Luísa's best friend from high school. She will come from the other side of the Atlantic to be there on the big day and entertain all of you. Let's just say that, if her flight is canceled, so is the wedding. Ceremonial Translator of Honour
Ana is nothing short of solely responsible for making this wedding possible, as she was the one that introduced Luísa and Anders to each other in the first place. So, the fact that she will be (pretty much...) "officiating" the ceremony is rather appropriate! We are so excited that she will do us the honour of translating the whole ceremony and other parts of the day that require it.
