I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

The wedding dinner is made to order, and a server will come around to take your menu selections. Just let your server know of any allergies or special requests!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are working out the details! There is a complimentary shuttle throughout Beaver Creek, using the Village Connect app that will be utilized between the Chapel and the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you are driving to the ceremony at the Beaver Creek Chapel, please park in the Ford Parking Lot in Beaver Creek. There is NO parking available at the reception location, so please use the Beaver Creek shuttle!

Is there parking for the welcome event?

Answer

A nice, big parking lot is available at Fiesta Jalisco. It is also within walking distance of The Westin.
