The museum will be open during cocktail hour for you to enjoy, if you dare... Fun fact: Sunny and Harvey went on a date here many years ago. It obviously made a lasting impression.
Philadelphia Museum of Art
Ah the famous Rocky Steps! Climb your way up to the beautiful Philadelphia Art Museum, which has an ever-changing array of art, from ancient times to modern day. Immerse yourself in entire rooms that have been transformed into temples and teahouses. You could easily spend a day here, if you have the time. Fun fact: Sunny once spent 2 hours here discussing Cy Twombly's "50 Days of Iliam" exhibit, as part of her favorite college seminar class "Reading the Iliad in an Age of War."
Reading Terminal Market
A staple attraction located in Center City, Philadelphia, Reading Terminal Market is always overflowing with delicious sights and smells. Recommendations include doughnuts from Beiler's, ice cream from Bassetts, and breakfast from the Dutch Eating Place. Fun fact: Sunny and Harvey used to get half-off giant cookies here back in their college days.
Nan Zhou Hand Drawn Noodle House
This is hands-down the best Chinese noodle joint in town. Enjoy a massive bowl of hand-pulled noodles, topped with a generous serving of beef brisket and veggies. Still hungry? Add to the feast with plump dumplings and cold appetizers. Just make sure to bring cash! Fun fact: None. Sunny and Harvey have eaten here so many times and every time its amazing.
Spruce Street Harbor Park
Grab a beer, take a swing in a hammock, or enjoy some live music at this cute and colorful hangout spot by the Delaware River. You can also rent some rollerskates and zip around the Blue Cross RiverRink. Fun fact: Sunny and Harvey went on a rollerskating date here and won a cube-shaped dog plush from a claw machine, affectionately named "8-Bit."
