Yes. We invite you to stay the full weekend, from arrival Friday to departure Sunday, at the Monterey Plaza Hotel. We'd like all guests to stay onsite as all wedding events will be onsite so we will be able to maximize opportunities to meet, connect, and make memories together.
Our wedding will be a very small and intimate occasion with very limited attendees. So unfortunately we cannot accommodate any additional guests beyond those specifically invited.

You should aim to be at the hotel by 6:30pm on Friday, February 28th, at the latest. Check-in begins at 4pm. Dinner will begin at 7pm (casual attire).
Our recommended attire for the Welcome Dinner and Sunday Brunch is casual attire. Our recommended attire for the wedding ceremony, dinner, and reception is Semi-Formal (suits and cocktail dresses or gowns are welcome. Tuxes are not necessary, Edwin may not even wear a tux). For Friday's Welcome Dinner, Loucy, Edwin, and their parents will be wearing dresses and shirts with African prints. Feel free to wear an African print, but it is not required. You're right! There's a hot tub on the balcony of the Presidential Suite, which is where we'll be hanging out after dinner both Friday and Saturday nights. We are definitely interested in trying out the hot tub, so we recommend bringing a bathing suit just in case you want to join us! We'd hate for you to want to join but not have a bathing suit, so might as well pack one. Worst case it goes unused.
The Monterey Plaza Hotel does not offer self parking. We are covering the cost of valet parking for you, the valet will have a list with your name on it. The Monterey Plaza Hotel does not offer self parking. They offer valet parking at $XX/day. There is also an outdoor public parking lot 2 blocks away from the hotel at the corner of Reeside Ave & Foam St, which costs $20/day Google maps link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ybBFBnJof2te4uh46). All events will take place at Monterey Plaza Hotel, so once you park on Friday, you should not need your car again until Sunday when you check out. So you should not need in/out privileges when parking.
