Brianna and Cody’s worlds collided at Paraclete High School. Cody became good friends with Matt and the rest of the Acton / Agua Dulce crew. As soon as he laid eyes on Brianna, he knew he needed to get to know her. With a little help from the guys, he got her number and worked up the courage to text her after school one day. Brianna was not ready for the drama that came with dealing with boys, but as they got to know each other, she slowly opened up to the idea of letting him into her world. Their first date was to the Poppy Festival (with Haylee and Lynda in tow of course). They were “just friends” for a while and eventually decided to make it official on April 16, 2012. They made it through long-distance in college and became pros at dodging the “So when’s the wedding?” question. Love is patient and they were in no rush, but the high school sweethearts are so excited to start this next chapter of their life together.
