Οι Πλάκες (Plakes)
A great traditional tavern in Chora. Try local delicacies of Serifos and the very strong local wine. Tip: Visit at sunset to enjoy a breathtaking view of Chora! Parking: Street and car park available.
Στου Στράτου (Stou Stratou)
A great place in Chora for early morning coffee and breakfast, or late night drinking. Try their deserts, the "pikilia" (sampling platter of many traditional "tapas"-like treats), and the strong traditional liquor.
Mpakakaki
Great for meat lovers. Bakakaki is located in Livadi and offers a modern take on traditional Greek meaty dishes. Highly recommend for their pork leg and beef steaks. Tip: Get a table on the beach!
Yacht Club Serifos
great for brunch and desert. Yacht club is one of the oldest coffee shops and bars in Serifos. It opens early in the morning for brunch and coffee and stay until dawn for drinking, dancing and partying. It’s highly recommended for brunch and the local desert (“pastaki” of Serifos) – refreshing layers of vanilla and chocolate cream, over a biscuit infused in ouzo!
Pezoulia (Τα Πεζούλια)
Great place for seafood, after a day at the beach. Located on the hill over Ganema beach, Pezoulia is a great place for fresh Greek-style seafood.
Bátrachos
In terms of drinking and bars, the island offers just enough options for things to be fun. All coffee shops in Livadi turn into bars in the evening. Most of them stay open until 4:00am or later. The two main “hotspots” of the island are the Yacht club in Livadi, and a the bars in Chora. Petros' personal favorites (where we will be meeting with all of you for drinks before and after the wedding!) are the Yacht club and Vatrachos bar. See you all there!
