Marjorie Powell Allen Chapel designed by the architect E. Faye Jones, is located in Kansas City's Botanic Garden, Powell Gardens. Plan to take time to stroll around and catch the beautiful flowering dogwoods, redbuds, magnolias and azaleas. Powell Gardens is located about 45min outside of Kansas City, so plan accordingly in order to make the most of our day in the garden.
There will be an hour between the ceremony and the reception, so head back into the city to the chic and beautiful Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art for a cocktail hour and an opportunity to view the exhibits and have a few appetizers. Once we finish taking photos at the chapel, we will all sit down to eat and enjoy the ambiance and great food. We cannot wait to see you all there and have a fabulous day together!

Cocktail hour begins at 7pm where guests will have the opportunity to explore galleries, experience incredible appetizers from award-winning Café Sebastienne which uses farm-fresh ingredients, and enjoy impeccable drinks from special event staff during reception. Sit down dinner at 8pm, with speeches and entertainment to top off the evening.
