Question

Is the wedding being postponed because of COVID?

Answer

Nope! Wedding planning is in full swing and we are excited to be able to celebrate with those who are able to join in person and online. At this time the RSVP window has closed, therefore we are not able to accommodate anyone us for our in-person ceremony. However, anyone who wants to witness our union will be able to do so via our Livestream. See our Livestream FAQ below for more details. LAST UPDATED 9/20/20

Question

Any changes to the guest count?

Answer

Currently, our venue is operating at 50 percent capacity per Seminole county executive order, which means at the moment not everyone who has been invited will be able to attend. However, we will continue to monitor the situation here in Orlando and will update guests accordingly. Please continue to monitor our FAQ Page for more updates as we receive them. LAST UPDATED 9/20/20

Question

Will there be a live-stream or recording of the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Our Wedding Ceremony will be broadcasted Live via YouTube for all guest and family to enjoy who are not able to attend in person. Here is the link: https://youtu.be/9jb3t4aPSh4. The Livestream should begin about 10 min. before the scheduled ceremony time. LAST UPDATED 9/20/20

Question

For those that are coming, do we have to wear a mask at the wedding?

Answer

Per Seminole County regulations, our venue is requiring all attendees to wear a mask while at the wedding and during the reception. We will be providing masks for people who do not have their own upon arriving at the wedding. LAST UPDATED 8/24/20

Question

Are there any other safety precautions being taken for those attending in person?

Answer

Along with wearing maks, guests will have to pass a temperature check at the main entrance of the venue before being allowed to enter. All guests must register a temperature below 100.4 degrees and will be allowed to get their temperature re-checked after a short break if the first check is failed. Seating in both the ceremony area and reception hall will also be spaced out to allow for social distancing as much as possible. There will also be multiple hand sanitizer stations spread across the venue and complimentary small hand sanitizers available for all guests. Lastly, if a guest is seen not wearing their mask and is not in the process of eating or drinking, an usher may come by to help remind them to keep their mask on. LAST UPDATED 9/20/20

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the wedding venue will open at 4:30 pm with the wedding ceremony scheduled to begin at 5 pm. Please plan to arrive early as we plan to stop guests from entering the ceremony hall about 10 min. prior to the beginning of the ceremony.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We have registries with Zola, Target and Amazon. Just click the Registry tab, select the store registry you would like to look at and you'll be able to see all the registry items for that particular store. We hope you can contribute to helping us build our life/home together.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we would love to accommodate all of our favorite families, we are limiting our guest list to invited children and those who are a part of our wedding party.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to accommodate our loved ones in this way, we are limited to only those dates receiving invitations.

Question

What does the parking situation look like for the venue?

Answer

There is free parking right in front of the wedding venue :) To help with space, we encourage carpooling among guests who are comfortable with one another.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately not, however, we recommend trying to carpool with other known invited guests (if you need help with this let us know) and of course there is also Uber/Lyft which are always great options as well.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you visit the RSVP page you will be able to put in any food allergies or special dietary concerns you may have.

Question

If flying in, what airport should I fly into?

Answer

Orlando international Airport (MCO) is the most popular spot to fly into; and it works if you have any plans to stay in the Orlando area. On the other hand, the Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), is a smaller airport, with limited flights. However, it's closer to our wedding venue, and may also be cheaper to fly into.
