Getting Around
We regret that public transportation is not a practical option for our venue locations (nor for most of our area). We recommend either renting a car during your visit or planning to move between destinations using Uber/Lyft/taxi service.
Flight
Santa Ana/John Wayne Airport (SNA)
We recommend flying into Santa Ana/Orange County/John Wayne Airport (SNA) if at all possible; it is extremely convenient to all of our planned events, and most hotels in our area, including the Ayres, offer free airport shuttles to/from SNA. If SNA is not a viable option from your departure location, Long Beach (LGB) and Los Angeles (LAX) airports are both within driving distance. We do not recommend public transit for either of these options; shuttle services, rental car, or taxi/Uber/Lyft are better choices.
Hotel
Ayres Hotel Costa Mesa/Newport Beach
This hotel is centrally located, and the rate we've negotiated is excellent compared to their peak summer tourist season rates. Our courtesy block allows you to book a Deluxe Room for $209/night or a Junior Suite for $219/night.
