RAPID TESTS: We are asking that every guest and staff do a rapid antigen test on Saturday morning before the ceremony and to report your results to our wedding coordinator in an app (we will send instructions how to do this closer to the date). To make this as painless as possible, we will distribute rapid test kits to your hotels, by mail, at the Welcome Party, and will have kits at the venue. If you plan to do a test at the ENC, please plan to arrive about an hour early; you can enjoy pre-ceremony refreshments and the beautiful native plant gardens of the ENC while you wait for your results. VENUE VENTILATION: The welcome party, wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, dancing, and Sunday morning brunch will all take place at outdoor spaces. The indoor space where dinner will take place is well-ventilated; the building itself is platinum LEED-certified and designed to maximize passive ventilation, and the room has large doors which open to the outside which will remain open. PROVIDING PPE: We will have optional high-quality masks and hand sanitizer available throughout the venue.
TEST BEFORE YOU TRAVEL: Do a rapid test before you start on your journey; we would hate for you to come so far and not be able to join us! Once you arrive we ask that you test before joining us for our ceremony and reception (see above). GET VACCINATED AND BOOSTED: Check the most recent CDC guidelines for recommendations, but at the very least make sure you have the primary series and your bivalent booster. If it has been more than 4-6 months since your last booster, consider getting another, especially if you are older than 65. STAY HOME IF YOU FEEL SICK: If you are feeling unwell, even if you haven’t tested positive for COVID, do not come! Tests aren’t perfect, and no one wants a cold either. We will miss you, and we promise we will make time to celebrate with you another day.
